Yoga is a powerful way to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind. It may be beneficial for many disorders such as:

Since 1992 I have traveled to India and various locations in the U.S. and abroad, to get the best and most authentic Yoga training possible. I also utilize my experience as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner to custom design programs that will meet your individual needs. Whether you are fit, elderly, or recovering from an injury, I can help you to develop a safe, gentle and effective routine.

It may be possible to start a class at your home or workplace.  Price is determined by distance, number of participants and frequency.
